About me

I began my yoga journey at the Sivananda Yoga centre in India in 2006 and have practiced many styles of Yoga including Ashtanga, Dru and Hatha yoga. I completed my training at the Dru Yoga centre in beautiful Snowdonia.   I teach Hatha flow with a strong focus on alignment and finding what feels right in our own unique bodies.  I love to go to all kinds of classes from dynamic to Yin and try many different styles of Yoga as I believe that our learning never ends.

I trained as a contemporary dancer at Roehampton University where I studied Dance Movement Therapy and through movement work became fascinated in the way that emotions are stored in the body.

Getting sciatica in my early 20’s began my journey into holistic therapy. I began practising yoga to help my back and discovered Reiki and massage through friends that I met along the way.  I am now a Reiki teacher and have been working with Reiki for over 10 years, giving treatments and teaching Reiki to others.  My Reiki practice is central to me and informs my yoga teaching too.  

I am passionate about well-being and I believe that people should have control over their bodies and health. Through taking time out to relax and treat our bodies well, we can find more peace in this busy city.
